Orange Cake in the making!

Do you know this... when you clear up in his fridge, and find some oranges ... and they are not as delicious to just eat!

So what to do?
Creates an orange cake!

And so what happens is that it records it on Instagram and more asking for a recipe :-)
Even on facebook!

So here's the recipe:

Cuts peel of oranges and cut them into smaller pieces. Orange flesh, cut into small pieces.
In a saucepan along with sugar.
1 dl. sugar per liter. orange,

So:
4 oranges
4 dl. water
Let it boil for at least 1 hour, then the shell becomes tender, almost candied.

After they are cooked for about an hour I take orange peel and the flesh up, and be the bottom of the dish.

Allow the juice to stay in and cook like a little more. It will be used later to pour over the cake.

Dough:

4 eggs
4 dl. sugar
Whisking well and airy
300 g margarine or 3 dl. oil, is stirred into the

4 dl. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pour in the egg mixture
touching through

Pour over the orange pieces and meat.
In a top solid dish on size approx. 25x35
Bake for about 45 minutes, at 150-160 degrees.

Efter de har kogt i ca. den time, tager jeg appelsin skallerne og kødet op, og ligge det nederst i fadet.
Lad saften blive i, og koge gerne lidt mere. Det skal bruges senere til at hælde over kagen.

Dejen:

When it comes out, poke holes in it, and pour the cooked orange juice over the cake.
Not just pour, but quietly.

Serve the like with cream custed ...
Enjoy the final cake while it is warm ... and a cup of coffee.

If you have questions, then finally ask ...

Enjoy :-)
